OUR MISSION:

¨     To support members in choosing, getting, and keeping employment through counseling, assessment, and the teaching of job-related skills

Entrance Criteria

¨     Any individual that is currently receiving services from NEFSH Community Behavioral Healthcare Services.

¨     Interest in obtaining employment (volunteer, enclave, supported, transitional, or independent).

¨     Referred through NEFSH Community Behavioral Healthcare Services.

¨     Participation in a vocational functional assessment.

¨     Participation in individualized service plan development.

Exit Criteria

¨     Participant is working independently in the community.

¨     Participant is still able to receive services as determined by the participant and the Career Service Center Staff after exiting the program.
